Biography

Dr. Suresh Kannan V obtained his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University, Chennai, in 2021, following his completion of a Master's degree in Thermal Engineering at Anna University Tiruchirappalli in 2011, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Mepco Schlenk Engineering College, Sivakasi in 2002. With 14 years of teaching experience and four years of industrial experience, Dr. Suresh Kannan V currently serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Kangeyam Institute of Technology. Dr. Kannan has authored 14 research articles published in SCIE journals, focusing primarily on solid desiccant systems, psychrometric processes and sustainable agriculture. He is an active member of ISTE and ISME, and he also contributes as a reviewer for several notable journals including the Journal of the Brazilian Society of Mechanical Sciences and Engineering, Clean Technologies and Environmental Policy, International Transactions on Electric Energy Systems, Journal of Thermal Engineering, and International Journal of Environment and Sustainable Development. Additionally, he is recognized as a Supervisor (Ref.No:4320038) for guiding Ph.D. scholars from Anna University Chennai in the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.
