Biography
Dr. S. Ramkumar earned his Ph.D in Electrical Engineering and a postgraduate degree in Power Electronics and Drives from Anna University, Chennai in 2011 and 2004, respectively. He earned his undergraduate degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bharathiar University in 1990. Dr. S. Ramkumar has more than 30 years of experience in academia and industry. He has been serving as Professor and Principal of Builders Engineering College since March 2023. His research study focuses on power converters and special electrical machines. He is a recognized research supervisor (Ref. No. 19301862) at Anna University in Electrical Engineering.
