Biography
Dr. B. Gopinath, working as Assistant Professor(Sl.Gr) in Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Kangeyam Institute of Technology, Tirupur brings 15+ years of rich teaching experience. He completed his Ph.D in the area of Renewable Energy Systems. He received his M.E (Energy Engineering) from Kumaraguru College of Technology, Coimbatore and B.E (Electrical and Electronics Engineering) from Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology, Coimbatore. He published 3 SCI indexed journals and 2 Scopus indexed journals. Dr. B. Gopinath holds one patent and presented 10 papers in National and International conferences. His research interests accumulate in the area of Multilevel inverters, Power system, Renewable Energy Sources, Smart grid and Electrical Machines. He is a Lifetime Member in ISTE and IAENG.
