Short Bio

Dr. K. Nivetha is an accomplished academician and emerging researcher in the field of Chemistry. She earned her Doctoral degree from Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), Vellore, and completed her postgraduate and undergraduate studies with Distinction in First class under Bharathiar University at PSG College of Arts and Science and PSGR Krishnammal College for Women, Coimbatore, respectively. Dr. Nivetha’s research expertise lies in the growth of novel organic single crystals for nonlinear optical (NLO) applications. She has made noteworthy contributions through seven publications in SCOPUS-indexed international journals and by presenting her research at national and international conferences. In recognition of her academic excellence, she has received research awards at VIT for her peer-reviewed publications. Dr. Nivetha previously served as a Teaching-cum-Research Assistant at VIT, gaining extensive hands-on experience in advanced material characterization techniques. She has over three years of teaching experience at Vivekanandha College of Arts and Sciences for Women, Tiruchengode, and Jairams Arts and Science College, Karur. Currently she serves as an Assistant Professor of Chemistry at Kangeyam Institute of Technology, where she continues to inspire and empower students through her dedication to quality education.
