Short Bio

Dr. P. Nammalvar graduated with his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and PG degree in Power Electronics and Drives from Anna University, Chennai, in 2020 and 2011, respectively. He earned his undergraduate degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Annamalai University in 2000. Dr. P. Nammalvar has more than 20 years of experience in the teaching field. Since August 2023, he has been an associate professor at Kangeyam Institute of Technology (Formerly known as Builders Engineering College). He has more than 20 publications in high-impact factor journals and is also a reviewer for reputed journals. His research study focuses on renewable energy, power quality, and optimisation techniques. He is an Anna University-recognised research supervisor (Ref. No. 3930021) in electrical engineering.
