Dr.Shanthini B is a distinguished academician with 13 years of extensive experience in the field of Management, specializing in Human Resource and Marketing. She has worked in renowned institutions, assumed the position of Head of the Department, and excelled in academia. She has implemented innovative teaching pedagogy to enhance the teaching-learning process and has effectively handled soft skill training for students, equipping leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Her scholarly contributions are notable, with presentations at national and international conferences both in India and abroad. Dr. Shanthini B has also authored numerous articles in esteemed journals, significantly enriching the academic community. In addition to her academic achievements, Dr. Shanthini B has served as a Board of Studies member at Bharathiar University and in an affiliated college under Periyar University.
